Tijl Maria Theresia Beckand is the host of De Verraders (Netherlands). He is a Dutch comedian and TV personality, known for his quick wit and clever jokes on the show.

- On August 29, 2009, Beckand participated in the RTL 4 program Let's Dance, where he danced to an Austin Powers medley. He came in second, allowing him to advance to the semi-finals. In the semi-final, however, Inge de Bruijn won and Beckand finished second, so he did not advance to the final.
- In October 2009, the Club Melchior theater tour started, which Beckand is making together with Ruben Nicolai and Ruben van der Meer. Club Melchior is about the flopped Budget TV. In December 2009, Beckand took part in season 7 of BNN's Ranking the Stars, in the same month he also released the song "Hørk" under the name "MSiep & DJ Harko feat.
