Les Traîtres Saison 3 is the third season of Les Traîtres (France). This season saw a larger cast compared with its predecessor, as well as a new filming location in the Château de Biron.[1] It aired for three Thursdays at 9:10pm starting from August 15, 2024; it then then took a one-week break from airing before resuming on September 13, 2024 - a Friday - at the same timeslot.

An aftershow, Les Traîtres : révélations sur la suite... (or The Traitors: revelations about what's next... in English), saw host and former Traitor Juju Fitcats offer her insight analysis on each episode along with exclusive unaired scenes from the season. She was joined by several guest panelists each episode, including the most recently eliminated contestants; contestants from previous seasons like Norbert Tarayre, Delphine Wespiser and Natasha St-Pier; as well as a psychologist who analysed the on-screen dynamics.[2]
Unique Characteristics & Twists[]
- Pre-existing Relationships: Couple Hugo Manos and Laurent Ruquier, alongside best friends and influencers Arthur Lombard and Studio Danielle, were cast on the show together; both pairs were competing as individual contestants.
- Early Recruitment: On top of committing a Murder on their first night, the Traitors were also allowed to Recruit a Faithful from the start of the game onwards, before any Traitors were Banished.
- Murder in Plain Sight: At the end of Episode 4, there was no Traitor's conclave. Instead, the Traitors had to retrieve a Poisoned Glass and persuade a Faithful to drink from it before midnight, in order to Murder them.
- The Dungeon: A modified version of the On Trial twist was introduced, with four contestants being Condemned by the Traitors to The Dungeon (Traitors could also Condemn themselves), where they would be held until the next Round Table, unable to interact with the other contestants. They were also the only contestants eligible to be Murdered the following night. The others took part in a Mission, winning the right to choose one Condemned contestant to save.
- Role Reveal Power: During a Mission in Episode 8, the contestants competed to win a power, allowing them to reveal the role of any contestant they chose at a one-on-one meeting later.
- The Attic: In Episode 10, in addition to access to the Armoury, teams that won their designated Mission also had access to the Attic, containing the notes and thoughts of Murdered contestants and who they suspected were Traitors, along with a surprise visit in person from the lastest Murdered contestant.

- ↑ Hugo was Blackmailed by the Traitors at the start of Episode 2, but only formally joined them at the subsequent conclave in Episode 3.
- ↑ Instead of a Traitors' conclave, the Murder took place in plain sight, with the Traitors convincing a Faithful to drink from a poisoned chalice.
- ↑ Bruno S and Gwendal were tied for the most plurality of votes. They were ineligible to vote again in the tiebreaker, while the other contestants voted to Banish one of them.
- ↑ Hugo used the Dagger with his vote, making it count twice.
- ↑ Laurent was not at the Roundtable due to an unknown cause (It was later revealed from M6 that he suffered a cold from the Funeral Mission). He was thus unable to vote, but was still eligible for Banishment.
- ↑ Bruno S used the Dagger with his vote, making it count twice.
- ↑ Arthur won a Role Reveal power in the Armoury as an invitation to a one-on-one meeting. He opted to use it and discover Stomy's role.
- ↑ Sally was not at the Roundtable due to a medical emergency. She was thus unable to vote, but was still eligible for Banishment.
