Most notable for coming up with off-kilter schemes during his stay in the game, Julio established a reputation as a strong Faithful after leading the charge to quickly Banish Original Traitor Rubén Ochandiano, causing the remaining Traitors to recruit him. However, his attempt at framing Apolonia Lapiedra as a Traitor using her Shield failed, as eventual winner Leo Margets unraveled his plan and rallied to eliminate him.
He is the author of the successful black comedy novel saga El asesino de la regañá, which has sold more than 100,000 copies, and the recently published Tinnitus (3 horas de vida), among other novels. He has also been the editor-in-chief of the Spanish National Football Team's television channel, worked as a television reporter on programs such as España Directo (TVE) and Andaluces por el Mundo (Canal Sur), and is one of the hosts of the magazine Cadena Ser No puede SER and La cámara de los balones.[1]
