Jan Zrzavý is a Faithful in Zrádci/Season 1.

Being a religious player, Jan became one of the main leaders of the group and was one of the driving forces behind Věra Vodičková’s Banishment, resulting in several players suspecting him back and exacerbating in the Buried Alive Mission by abandoning the group consensus to rescue his friend Qaša Kvasnicová instead of Marie Fasorová, misleading the destination for his team, and continuing on his own when Andy Chaloupková, followed by Petr Vojáček, got health issues and had to slow down. This enraged several players like Tuňák Tuna and Honza Vlachynský, who openly stated that they would vote for him at the Roundtable though Qaša defended and believed Jan is a Faithful.

Though Jan survives the Roundtable over Traitor Luděk Staněk, he was aware that it does not clear his name for the group, which Tuňák acknowledges and continues to suspect him aggressively. At the fifth Roundtable, despite Alena Hamáčková’s nonchalant attitude causing others to believe she is Luděk’s puppet to control before he’s gone, and Lucas Šimon’s quietness leaving serious question marks about his role, Jan admitted to being manipulative with the players by secretly signalling them into voting for Věra with witnesses from Sarah Horáková and Martin Růžička, causing shock among players like Tuňák, Andy, and Marie, and creating enough votes for him to be Banished in 16th place.
