Unique Characteristics & Twists[]
- Pre-existing Relationship: Long-term dating couple Maureen Vanherberghen and Sieg De Doncker were cast on the show together, competing as individual contestants. This is the first season in the global franchise to cast contestants with a preexisting relationship, as well as a romantic one.
- More Traitor Actions: At the end of Episode 6, the Traitors were allowed to complete up to two actions instead of one that night: a Double Murder (two actions), a successful Recruitment or a Murder after a failed Recruitment (one action).

Viewership[]
The season was considered a hit among Flemish viewers,[1] although the producers were concerned about the impact the season's ending would have.[2] It was the 29th most watched program in Flanders for 2022, and 2nd overall for VTM.[3]
