De Verraders (Belgium) is the third edition of the global franchise The Traitors to launch, and one of two Belgian editions to air (the other edition, Les Traîtres (Belgium), airs in French-speaking Wallonia). It has currently aired three full seasons.
History[]
The program was considered a big hit, and its makers thought it would be highly unusual for it to not be renewed.[1] It was the 29th most watched program in Flanders for 2022, and 2nd overall for VTM.[2]
Press releases during MIPTV 2023 basically confirmed, even though no official announcement was made, that the show had been renewed for a second season.[3]
