Carla is from Leça da Palmeira and besides being a Physical Education teacher, she is also a Personal Trainer and entrepreneur. She is married and has 3 children. She characterises herself as sociable, as she has an easy time adapting to everything. At the same time, her fixed mindset sometimes poses obstacles for her. She mentions that she is very rational and can keep a cool head in tense environments.[1]
